By Bus from Stansted Airport
There is a local bus service from Stansted Airport.
Go to the Bus Station below the Stansted Airport Terminal and catch a 308/309 bus to Bishops Stortford. Ask to be put off at the first stop in Heath Row (its a turning just off Parsonage Lane).
When you get off the bus look back and you will see a set of traffic lights on the corner, walk to these and turn left onto Parsonage Lane. Walk 25-30 yds 25 meters and directly across the road you will see Ascot Close. No 6 is the 3rd house on the right as you enter Ascot Close.

Finding Us - By Road from M11
Leave the M11 at Junction 8 signposted for Bishops Stortford and A120. When coming from the South (M25) and London, take the first exit as you approach Junction 8, DO NOT take the 2nd exit to Stansted Airport.
Follow A120/A1250 to Bishop's Stortford.
Follow A1250 to Bishop's Stortford and Town Centre
Just Past the Golf Club (on left) turn right at the small roundabout into Parsonage Lane.
After approximately 300 yards (300 metres), turn left into Ascot Close. The Houses are painted white.
No 6 is the 3rd house on the right as you enter Ascot Close
Park in the drive if vacant or in front of the house. Entrance is through the gateway on the right.

Finding Us - By Road from A10
Turn on to A120, signed for Stansted Airport, and follow road for about 6-7 miles, through the traffic lights at Little Hadham.
At the first large roundabout by Tesco's, take the 1st exit onto the A120, signed for Stansted Airport.
Continue on A120 until you get to the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit B1383 (Stansted Road).
Follow the Stansted Road until you reach two sets of traffic lights, at the second set of lights (only 25 yards - 25 meters) turn left into Parsonage Lane.
Follow Parsonage Lane up the hill until you reach a traffic light controlled crossing, Ascot Close is on the right just after the lights.The Houses are painted white.

Finding Us - From Bishop's Stortford Station
Bishops Stortford is on the London Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport and Cambridge lines, and is before Stansted when coming from London.
Ascot Close is about 20 minutes walk or £3 to £4 by taxi to 6 Ascot Close, Parsonage Lane.
On leaving the station main entrance, keep to the right. Follow the footpath past the bus stops and up the small hill. Turn right up Station Road until you reach the main road (London Road) at the top.
Turn left, and follow the London Road until you reach the traffic lights at Hockerill.
Cross the junction (straight ahead) and onto the Stansted Road. Follow the Stansted Road until you get to a set of traffic lights. Turn right up Parsonage Lane.
Follow Parsonage Lane up the hill until you reach a traffic light controlled crossing, Ascot Close is on the right just after the lights.The Houses are painted white.

By Bus from Bishops Stortford/Station
There is a local bus service (308) between Bishops Stortford and Stansted Airport. These run about every 1/2 hr from 5.30am (05.30 hrs) to 10pm (2200 hrs).
Catch a 308 bus to Stansted Airport. Ask to be put off at the Birchwood High School stop in Parsonage Lane.
When you get off the bus look back and you will see a set of traffic lights on the corner, walk towards these. About 25-30 yds - 25 meters before the traffic lights, directly across the road you will see Ascot Close. The Houses are painted white.
